Price and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1.1 <strong>Pricing<\/strong><br\/>The prices displayed are net and include Swiss statutory VAT for retail sales.\nFor resellers and wholesalers, prices are shown excluding VAT. <\/p>\n\n<p>1.2 <strong>Payment Terms<\/strong><br\/>All shipments are made against advance payment, via Postfinance direct, TWINT or on account (after credit check).\nDiscounts are not provided for, and advance payment does not entitle you to any discount. <\/p>\n\n<p>1.3 <strong>Delivery and Insurance<\/strong><br\/>For orders over CHF 500.00 and up to CHF 1500.00, we recommend the &#8220;Signature&#8221; option for delivery.\nFor orders over CHF 1500.00, we recommend the &#8220;Insurance&#8221; option which covers up to CHF 5000.00.\nFragile items should always be shipped with the &#8220;Fragile&#8221; option and are also insured up to CHF 5000.00.  <\/p>\n\n<p>1.4 <strong>Shipping costs<\/strong><br\/>In the event of non-collection of the delivery, a postage and processing fee of CHF 20.00 will be charged.\nThe exact shipping costs are specified in the order. <\/p>\n\n<p>1.5 <strong>Ownership of the Goods<\/strong><br\/>The goods remain the property of GreenKingdom S\u00e0rl until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. Ordering and Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>2.1 <strong>Offer and Order<\/strong><br\/>Our offers and order confirmations are non-binding with regard to price, product availability and delivery times.\nWe only sell our products to people over the age of 18 and only in countries where these products are legal.\nThe responsibility for the legality of the products ordered lies with the buyer.  <\/p>\n\n<p>2.2 <strong>Delivery Times<\/strong><br\/>The maximum delivery time is usually 5 working days.\nOrders are shipped by A Priority Courier.\nPallet shipments are shipped by Planzer Transporte, and orders must include a mobile phone number for booking.\nLetters are sent by A-Mail, but we accept no responsibility for untracked mailings.   <\/p>\n\n<p>2.3 <strong>Partial and Express Deliveries<\/strong><br\/>Partial deliveries are permitted and must be agreed in advance.\nExpress, &#8220;Fragile&#8221; or &#8220;Signature&#8221; deliveries are charged extra.\nDeliveries at a specific time or with telephone notification may incur additional charges.  <\/p>\n\n<p>2.4 <strong>Liability<\/strong><br\/>If the goods are lost during shipping, we cannot be held responsible but we will help you solve the problem.\nGlass items should always be ordered with the &#8220;Fragile&#8221; option.\nWe accept no responsibility for damage to glass items not ordered with this option.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Invoice Payment Method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>3.1 <strong>Solvency check<\/strong><br\/>GreenKingdom S\u00e0rl reserves the right to request information on the customer&#8217;s creditworthiness to protect their interests.\nThe necessary data (first name, last name and address) may be forwarded to an external credit reporting agency for evaluation.\nThe information obtained influences the decision to establish or continue a contractual relationship.  <\/p>\n\n<p>3.2 <strong>Data protection<\/strong><br\/>The credit check is carried out in compliance with data protection laws.\nOnly the external agency will be able to provide you with information about the data used to assess your creditworthiness. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Delivery and Payment 1.
